“The Pediatric Sports Injuries Following the Initiation of COVID (PSIFIC) Study”

  1. Accurately diagnose pediatric sports injuries based on changes in activity trends following the initiation of the COVID-19 involving more ligamentous injuries and fewer contact injuries.
  2. Recognize the increased severity of injury found in patients presenting to the emergency department following the initiation of pandemic protocols.
