Planners expect learners to:
1. Recommend early treatment with growth hormone for optimal height.
2. Use careful initiation of low dose estradiol treatment to initiate puberty between 11 - 12 years old.
3. Use regular monitoring of heart health, hearing, development, social skills and other co-morbidities.
4. Develop a plan for transition of care between pediatric and adult providers with attention to a high rate of non-compliance at that stage.
