Registration Requirements

  • *Early Career Physicians: Submit a letter from your training program confirming completion of training between 2023–2026 to cristina.fernandez@ucsf.edu to receive a $25 tuition rebate.
  • **Medical Residents: Submit a letter of verification from your training program to cristina.fernandez@ucsf.edu to receive a $50 tuition rebate on the Early Bird registration rate.
  • Payment is accepted by credit card through the online registration system only.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

  • Registration deadline: Sunday, October 11, 2026.
  • Registrations received after October 11 are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations received on or before October 11 are subject to a $75 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 11, 2026.

  • Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) — ~10–15 minutes by car.
  • San Jose / San Francisco Airports — allow ~1.5–2 hours driving time.
  • Shuttle and ride-share options recommended for attendees without vehicles.
